Contact & sales inquiries

Messages submitted through a contact or inquiry form are retained for up to 24 months from submission, after which they are automatically deleted. You may request earlier removal at any time.

Member accounts

Your member profile, login credentials, and support messages are retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, this data is removed from our systems. Horses registered under your account, and the records of the care carried out on them, remain in our records for the stable's ongoing management and to meet our legal obligations — but they are anonymised: the link to your account is removed.

Horse sale listings and photos

Photos and listing details for horses we have sold may be retained after the sale as part of our portfolio of past results. This does not include the horse's health or ownership documents (see below). You may request removal of a specific listing or photo at any time.

Horse health & export documents

Documents such as x-rays and export certificates are automatically deleted within 10 days of a horse being marked as sold.

Boarding & training documents

Documents uploaded for a horse in training are automatically deleted once the horse is no longer in training with us, or is removed from our system.

Financial & booking records

Invoices, bookings, and other financial records are retained for 7 years, in line with our legal accounting obligations, after which they are automatically deleted.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).
